Infynix Media in the UK is a post-production and editing service for brands, agencies and founders who are shooting more than they can publish. Editing, colour, sound, motion graphics, captioning, versioning and delivery, run remotely from our London office at Dagenham with the production teams in India and the UAE behind it. You shoot, or we arrange a local crew, and everything after the camera stops is ours.

The UK model is deliberately different from our India and UAE divisions, which run full production with their own crews. Here the constraint most clients have is not filming. It is the eight hours it takes to turn a shoot, a conference, a podcast recording or a phone full of clips into something publishable, in the formats each platform wants, on a schedule that holds. That is throughput, and throughput is a service, not a project.

We work with in-house marketing teams, agencies who need overflow capacity, founders producing thought leadership, event organisers, podcast producers and e-commerce brands across London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and the rest of the UK, on a per-project or retainer basis, with turnaround measured in days.

Where a shoot is needed, we arrange it: a vetted local photographer or crew briefed by us, with the shot list built for the edit rather than the other way round, so the footage arrives already fit for the versions the campaign needs.

Who this is for

In-house marketing teams

Teams shooting more than they can publish, where post is the bottleneck and a full-time editor is hard to justify.

Agencies needing overflow

Suites that are full and a client deadline that is not moving. White label, to your guidelines, under your name.

Founders and executives

Regular thought leadership that needs to look considered without consuming a day a week.

Event and conference organisers

Multi-day footage that needs a recap film fast enough to matter, plus clips for next year.

Podcast and series producers

Weekly episodes needing a consistent edit and the vertical clips that grow an audience.

E-commerce and D2C brands

Product video at volume, versioned per SKU and per platform, on a predictable monthly cadence.

How we work together

Per project

A defined deliverable with a fixed scope and a set number of revision rounds.

Monthly retainer

A fixed block of post-production hours each month with priority turnaround. Most clients publishing weekly settle here.

White label for agencies

We work under your brand, invisible to your client, with NDAs signed before any account is discussed.

Rescue and recut

Existing footage or a stalled edit that needs finishing. We audit what exists and say honestly whether it is salvageable.

Why post-production is a remote service

Post-production stopped requiring everyone in one room somewhere around the point that proxy workflows and cloud review became normal. What a Soho edit suite charges for is largely the building, the machine and the fact that you are physically present while someone else does the work. Footage uploads to a shared workspace, cuts come back for review with timecoded comments, and the editor is wherever the editor is. The result is the same film at a fraction of the overhead and with far more capacity available on a Thursday afternoon.

Our editors work across London, Kochi and the UAE, which means a cut requested at five in the afternoon in Manchester is often waiting in the review link the next morning.

Shared workspace

Upload footage, review cuts with timecoded comments, approve.

Overnight capacity

Editors across three time zones, so the day is longer than yours.

No suite overhead

You pay for editing, not for a building in Soho.

Version control

Every cut, comment and approval on record.

Cut for the platform, not cropped for it

The failure mode of most UK brand video is one landscape master, centre-cropped into a vertical that cuts off the subject, with a title nobody can read on a phone and no captions on a feed where most people watch muted. Each platform has its own pacing, safe areas, duration and caption style, and an edit built for one does not survive being squeezed into another.

We plan the versions before the first cut: which platforms, which durations, which ratios, which captions, and then edit each deliberately from the same material. The hero film, the fifteen-second paid cut, the vertical with open captions and the square for the feed are all first-class, not afterthoughts.

Version plan first

Platforms, durations and ratios agreed before editing starts.

Framed deliberately

Vertical cuts reframed shot by shot, not centre-cropped.

Captions as standard

Open captions on every social version.

Platform specification

Exported to what each platform actually wants.

Consistency across a year of publishing

A brand that publishes weekly is judged on whether the eighth film looks like the first. Consistency comes from a documented system: a grade and a LUT matched across cameras and days, a title and lower-third package, caption styles, music direction, and an archive where the source material and project files live so nothing is rebuilt from scratch. We set that up in the first month of a retainer and hand it over, so the brand is never locked to one editor.

The same system lets agencies plug us in as overflow without their client noticing a change of hands.

Brand grade

A LUT and matching so every film looks like the same brand.

Template package

Titles, lower thirds, captions and end cards.

Organised archive

Source media and projects handed over and findable.

Never locked in

Everything in your name and usable by any editor.

When a shoot is needed

Some briefs need new footage. We do not run UK crews of our own and we say so. What we do is arrange the shoot: a vetted local photographer or videographer, briefed by us with a shot list built from the version plan, so the footage arrives already fit for the edit. For clients with offices in India or the UAE, our own crews there shoot and the UK team cuts. For phone footage, we brief the client on what to capture and how, which is often all a founder or a small team needs.

Being honest about this is cheaper for the client than pretending: the shoot is priced as a shoot, the edit as an edit, and neither subsidises the other.

Arranged local crews

Vetted UK photographers and videographers booked and briefed by us.

Shot list from the edit

Footage captured for the versions the campaign needs.

Overseas offices

Our own crews in India and the UAE where the client has a presence there.

Phone footage briefed

Guidance for founders and small teams shooting themselves.

Infynix Media questions

Do you handle full video production?

Yes, we handle planning, scripting, filming, editing, and final delivery.

Do you shoot in the UK?

Not with our own crews, and we say so. We arrange vetted local photographers and videographers, briefed by us with a shot list built for the edit, or we brief you on shooting with a phone. Our own production crews are in India and the UAE. Everything after the camera stops is ours.

How do we send footage and review cuts?

Through a shared workspace: you upload rushes, we return cuts as review links with timecoded comments, and approvals are recorded. Nothing needs to be in the same room.

What turnaround can we expect?

Social cutdowns in 48 hours, event recaps in three to five working days, corporate films in five to ten, motion graphics explainers in ten to fifteen, subtitle passes in a day. Retainer clients get priority.

Can you work white label for our agency?

Yes. We work under your brand, to your guidelines, invisible to your client, with NDAs signed before any account is discussed.

Do we get the project files?

Yes. Source media, project files, templates and the grade are organised and handed over in your name, so you are never locked to one editor.

Can you finish an edit someone else started?

Yes. We audit what exists, tell you honestly whether it is salvageable, and finish it if it is.

Do you handle music licensing?

Yes. Music is selected and licensed for the platforms and territories the film will run in, with the licences documented and handed over.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Single projects are welcome. Retainers exist for clients publishing weekly who want priority turnaround and a consistent editor.
