Marketing and lead generation sites
Service, location and sector pages built for search, with tracked forms and calls feeding the CRM.
We build fast, secure web platforms using React 19 and Next.js designed to convert visitors into clients. Slow websites frustrate visitors, rank poorly on Google, and lose potential sales leads. Your website should be fast, easy to navigate, and pre-rendered for search engines.

Website development for UK businesses that need the site to do a job: win the enquiry, take the order, book the appointment, and satisfy the rules that apply to a British company online. We build marketing sites, e-commerce stores, booking systems and portals from our office in Dagenham for clients across London and the rest of the country, on foundations that search engines can read, screen readers can navigate and a phone on a patchy connection can load.
A UK site carries obligations that many templates ignore: cookie consent that meets PECR and the ICO’s guidance, a privacy notice that reflects what actually happens to data, accessibility that satisfies the Equality Act and, for public bodies and their suppliers, WCAG 2.2 AA, company details that the Companies Act requires on the site, and pricing shown inclusive of VAT to consumers. None of that is difficult when it is designed in, and all of it is painful when it is retrofitted.
Under that sits the engineering: server-rendered or pre-rendered pages so Google indexes the content rather than a loading spinner, Core Web Vitals treated as acceptance criteria, structured data for the organisation, products, services and locations, and a content system the client’s own team can use without a developer. For stores, Shopify or WooCommerce where they fit and custom storefronts where they do not, connected to Klarna or Clearpay, Royal Mail, DPD or Evri, and the accounts.
Clinics, law and accountancy firms, trades and construction businesses, e-commerce and D2C brands, hospitality groups, schools and training providers, property agents, charities and B2B companies selling from the UK into Europe.
Service, location and sector pages built for search, with tracked forms and calls feeding the CRM.
Shopify, WooCommerce or custom storefronts with UK payments, carriers, VAT handling and returns flows.
Clinic, salon, studio, tutor and venue bookings with deposits, reminders and calendar sync.
Client, patient, parent and member areas behind secure login with documents and payments.
Rendered HTML, clean URLs, schema, sitemaps, redirects and Core Web Vitals within Google’s thresholds.
WCAG 2.2 AA where required and sensible accessibility everywhere, tested with real assistive technology.
Cookie consent to PECR with consent mode so analytics survive, and privacy notices that match the build.
A CMS the team can run: pages, blog, case studies, products and locations without calling a developer.

Treatment pages, online booking, CQC-conscious content and enquiry tracking.
Firms whose site must reassure a client worth thousands before they pick up the phone.
Area pages, quote requests and reviews that win local jobs across the boroughs and counties.
Stores with UK payment methods, next-day delivery options and returns that do not cost the margin.
Course catalogues, applications and parent or learner portals.
Donations, membership, events and accessibility done properly.
A defined site, a fixed timeline and a price agreed after scoping.
The site and the search programme planned together with Infynix Agency.
Replacing an old site without losing the rankings it earned.
A monthly allocation for new pages, features and improvements.
PECR requires consent before non-essential cookies are set, and the ICO has been clear that a banner with only an accept button or a reject option buried three clicks deep does not count. Many UK sites either ignore the rule and carry the risk, or implement it so badly that half their measurement disappears and the marketing team cannot see what is working.
We implement a consent platform with a genuine choice, configure Google consent mode so conversions are modelled where consent is withheld, run tagging server-side where it helps, and write the cookie and privacy notices to match what the site actually does. The result is compliant and still measurable.
Reject is as easy as accept, as the ICO expects.
Modelled conversions so the platforms keep learning.
Where it improves accuracy and performance.
Cookie and privacy text written from the build, not a template.
The Equality Act requires reasonable adjustments for disabled users, public sector bodies must meet WCAG 2.2 AA under their own regulations, and their suppliers increasingly have to show the same. Beyond the law, an accessible site works better for everyone: clearer structure, readable contrast, keyboard navigation and forms that explain their errors are also what converts on a phone in daylight.
We build to WCAG 2.2 AA where it is required and to its principles everywhere, test with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation rather than relying on an automated score, and supply an accessibility statement where the client needs to publish one.
Where required, and its principles on every build.
Screen readers and keyboard navigation, not just a scanner.
Labels, errors and focus handled properly.
An accessibility statement for clients who must publish one.
British shoppers expect Apple Pay and Google Pay, buy-now-pay-later through Klarna or Clearpay on the right products, prices including VAT, clear delivery promises with Royal Mail, DPD or Evri options, and a returns process that does not require an email. Behind the checkout, stock must be right across the store, marketplaces and the warehouse, and every order has to land in the accounts with the correct VAT treatment, including the zero-rated and reduced-rate lines many catalogues carry.
We build on Shopify or WooCommerce where they fit and custom where they do not, connect the carriers for labels and tracking, integrate Amazon and eBay feeds where they are part of the business, and post orders to Xero, Sage or QuickBooks correctly.
Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Clearpay, cards.
Royal Mail, DPD, Evri labels and tracking from the order.
Standard, reduced and zero-rated lines posted correctly.
Amazon and eBay stock and orders in one place.
Most rebuilds we take on follow a site that lost its rankings when the previous agency launched a new one without a redirect map. Every URL that had traffic or links needs a one-to-one redirect, the content that was ranking needs to survive in improved form, and titles, headings and schema need to be at least as good as before on launch day.
We crawl the existing site, map every URL, migrate and improve the content, launch with redirects and monitoring in place, and watch Search Console for the weeks after so any drop is caught and corrected.
Every URL with traffic or links identified.
One-to-one redirects, tested before launch.
Ranking pages migrated and improved, not dropped.
Search Console monitored for weeks after go-live.
Infynix Solutions is registered separately in India, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. This page covers United Kingdom. The same service, written for the other markets:
Most custom website projects take 4 to 8 weeks to complete.
Yes. Every website we build works on mobile devices, tablets, and desktop computers.
All three, chosen for the job. Content-led sites are often WordPress or a headless CMS, stores are Shopify or WooCommerce where they fit, and portals, booking systems and anything with complex logic are built custom on modern frameworks.
Yes. Consent is implemented to PECR with a genuine choice, consent mode keeps analytics usable, and the cookie and privacy notices are written to match what the site does.
Yes. WCAG 2.2 AA where it is required, its principles on every build, testing with screen readers and keyboards, and an accessibility statement where you need to publish one.
Yes. Buy-now-pay-later, Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout, and Royal Mail, DPD and Evri for labels and tracking, with orders posted to your accounting package with the correct VAT.
Not if it is done properly. We crawl the old site, build a one-to-one redirect map, carry the ranking content across and monitor Search Console after launch so any movement is caught early.
Yes. Pages, posts, products and locations are managed in a CMS your team is trained on, with the structure protected so edits do not break the design or the SEO.
Through Infynix Agency, yes. Sites are often planned with the search and paid programme so the pages that need to rank exist from launch.
Brochure and lead generation sites take four to eight weeks, stores eight to sixteen, and portals or booking systems four to sixteen depending on scope, agreed in writing after a short discovery.
