Infynix Growth Solutions

At Infynix, we craft growth engines that inspire and endure.

Infynix Growth Solutions builds custom web apps, AI software workflows, and real-time AI security systems. Manual workflows and disconnected software tools slow down daily business operations. Scaling requires custom software tools that automate routine work and connect your operations.

Infynix Growth Solutions is the engineering division of Infynix Solutions in the UK: custom web and mobile applications, CRM and ERP systems, business automation, data platforms, integrations, cloud infrastructure and applied AI, built for businesses across London, the Home Counties, the Midlands and the North. The brief is nearly always the same underneath the vocabulary: the company has outgrown a mix of spreadsheets, an accounting package and three subscriptions that do not talk to each other, and somebody is re-keying data between them every day.

We build the system that sits in the middle. That means software designed around how the business actually runs, connected to Xero, Sage or QuickBooks so the accounts are never a second copy of the truth, to the carriers, marketplaces and payment providers the business already uses, and to HMRC and Companies House where the process touches them. Making Tax Digital, UK GDPR, PECR, Cyber Essentials and, where it applies, WCAG 2.2 are designed in from the first sprint rather than bolted on before an audit.

The work is scoped in plain English with the people who will use it, delivered in short releases so the business sees working software within weeks, hosted in UK regions on infrastructure the client owns, and documented and handed over so nobody is locked to us. When the marketing division or Infynix Media is on the same account, the systems are built with the funnel and the content in view, which is the point of a growth engineering company.

Manufacturers and distributors, construction and trades businesses, professional services firms, e-commerce and D2C brands, healthcare providers, education and training organisations, property businesses, logistics operators and SaaS companies that need a product built or rescued.

Who the division works with

Manufacturing and distribution

Stock, works orders, purchasing and despatch in one system, linked to the accounts and the carriers.

Construction and trades

Job costing, quoting, CIS deductions, scheduling and site data from a phone.

Professional services

Client onboarding, engagement tracking, time and billing, with the data governance a regulated firm needs.

E-commerce and D2C

Shopify or custom storefronts connected to warehouse, carriers, marketplaces and finance.

Healthcare and care

Patient and resident systems built with the data protection and access controls the sector expects.

SaaS founders

A product built to be sold, with evals, billing, multi-tenancy and security done properly from the start.

How we work together

Fixed-scope build

A written specification, a fixed team and a delivery plan, released in sprints with acceptance at each one.

Product team

A dedicated team on a monthly basis, building and improving continuously with a shared backlog.

Systems rescue

Taking over a stalled or unsupported system, stabilising it, documenting it and planning the way forward.

Managed support

Monitoring, patching, backups and a response commitment, with a quarterly roadmap review.

The accounts are never a second copy

Most UK small and mid-sized businesses run their finances in Xero, Sage or QuickBooks, and most operational systems we replace were keeping their own private version of customers, invoices and payments alongside. The two drift within a quarter, month end becomes a reconciliation exercise, and the finance team stops trusting either. Since Making Tax Digital made the accounting package the system of record for VAT, the drift is not just inconvenient, it is a compliance risk.

Everything we build treats the accounting package as the ledger. Invoices, credit notes, payments and purchase bills are posted to it through its API with the right tax codes and tracking categories, bank feeds and GoCardless or Stripe payouts reconcile against it, and the operational system holds the detail the ledger does not need. The finance team sees one set of numbers and the MTD submission is built from data that was correct at source.

Ledger is the ledger

Xero, Sage or QuickBooks stays the system of record for money.

Posted correctly

Tax codes, tracking categories and contacts mapped, not guessed.

Payments reconciled

Stripe, GoCardless and bank feeds matched automatically.

MTD ready

VAT figures built from source data, submitted through compatible software.

Security and data protection as design decisions

UK GDPR sets the rules for personal data, the ICO enforces them, and increasingly a company’s larger customers, insurers and public sector buyers ask for Cyber Essentials before they will sign. A system that handles personal data without a record of what is stored, why, for how long and who can see it is a liability the moment a subject access request or a breach arrives. Bolting that on afterwards is slow and expensive.

We design the data model with the lawful basis and retention in mind, build role-based access and audit logging into every system, host in UK regions with encryption at rest and in transit, and supply the documentation the client needs for a DPIA, a Cyber Essentials assessment or a supplier questionnaire. For healthcare and public sector work, the additional controls those buyers expect are scoped in at the start.

Data map

What is stored, on what basis, for how long, documented.

Access and audit

Roles, least privilege and a log of who did what.

UK hosting

London and UK South regions, encrypted throughout.

Assessment ready

Evidence for Cyber Essentials, DPIAs and supplier questionnaires.

Working software in weeks, not a launch in a year

A specification that takes six months to write and a system that appears a year later has usually been overtaken by the business. We run discovery in two to four weeks, producing process maps and a specification the operations team has signed, then deliver in fortnightly releases against a visible backlog. The first release is chosen to remove a real pain, typically the re-keying or the spreadsheet everyone dreads, so the team is using the system and shaping it long before it is finished.

Each release is tested with the people who will use it, and acceptance is written down, so scope changes are decisions rather than surprises. The whole system is documented as it is built, which is what makes the handover real.

Short discovery

Two to four weeks to a signed specification.

Fortnightly releases

Working software from the first sprint.

First release removes pain

The worst manual process goes first.

Written acceptance

Every release signed off against the specification.

Owned by the client, supported by us

Source code, cloud accounts, domains, app store listings and third-party subscriptions are held in the client’s name from day one. Documentation covers architecture, deployment, integrations and the runbook for common issues. Any competent developer could take the system on, which is the honest test of a handover, and clients who stay with us do so because the support is good rather than because leaving is hard.

Managed support covers monitoring, patching, backups and response times in writing, with a quarterly review of what the business needs next.

Everything in your name

Code, cloud, domains, stores, subscriptions.

Full documentation

Architecture, deployment, integrations and runbook.

Handover tested

A system a competent third party could run.

Support in writing

Monitoring, patching, backups, response times, roadmap.

Infynix Growth Solutions questions

What technology stack do you use?

We build with modern frameworks like React 19, Next.js, Node.js, Python, and cloud infrastructure on AWS and Vercel.

What does Infynix Growth Solutions actually build?

Custom web and mobile applications, CRM and ERP systems, business automation, integrations, data platforms, cloud infrastructure and applied AI for UK businesses, connected to Xero, Sage or QuickBooks and the carriers, marketplaces and payment providers you already use.

Do you work with businesses outside London?

Yes. Our office is in Dagenham and we work with clients across London, the Midlands, the North and the rest of the UK, mostly remotely with on-site sessions for discovery, go-live and training where they help.

Will the system work with Making Tax Digital?

Yes. The accounting package remains the system of record for VAT, the operational system posts to it correctly through its API, and MTD submissions are made through compatible software from data that was right at source.

Can you help us get Cyber Essentials?

The systems we build are designed to meet the controls, and we supply the technical evidence and documentation for the assessment. Certification itself is done through an accredited body, and we work with your assessor.

Who owns the code and the cloud accounts?

You do, from the first day. Source code, cloud accounts, domains, app store accounts and subscriptions are held in your name and documented so any competent developer could take them on.

How long does a typical project take?

Discovery takes two to four weeks. Automation programmes run four to twelve weeks, CRM or ERP implementations ten to twenty, and custom applications ten to twenty-four, delivered in fortnightly releases so you are using the system well before the end.

Do you take over systems built by other developers?

Yes. Systems rescue is a standing engagement: we audit, stabilise, document and then plan the way forward, whether that is continued development or a managed replacement.

What happens after go-live?

Managed support with monitoring, patching, backups and response times in writing, and a quarterly roadmap review, so the system keeps pace with the business.
