Architecture and migration
From on-premise, a single VPS or a tangled account to a designed environment in a UK region, moved with a rehearsed cutover.
We set up and manage secure cloud hosting on AWS, Google Cloud, and Vercel. Unoptimized web hosting causes slow page loading and unexpected site downtime. Modern cloud hosting delivers fast load times, reliable uptime, and strong security.

Cloud infrastructure and hosting for UK businesses that need their applications, data and systems running reliably, securely and within budget, in the UK. We design, build and manage environments on AWS London, Microsoft Azure UK South and Google Cloud London, and on UK data-centre providers where the requirement calls for it, from our office in Dagenham for clients across the country.
Data residency is a real question for British companies. UK GDPR permits transfers abroad only with the right safeguards, many customers and public sector buyers ask where data is held, and health and legal sectors expect it to stay in the country. Running in UK regions removes the question for most businesses, and where a service must reach into Europe or the Gulf, the transfer basis is documented rather than assumed.
Security is built to standards buyers recognise: Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus controls, ISO 27001-aligned practices, and for NHS and care work the Data Security and Protection Toolkit. Backups are tested, not just taken. Costs are tagged, budgeted and reviewed monthly, because the second most common cloud problem after an outage is an invoice nobody can explain.
SaaS companies, e-commerce brands, professional services firms, healthcare and care providers, education organisations, manufacturers and distributors with on-premise servers to retire, and any business that inherited an environment nobody documented.

Web applications, APIs, stores and portals on managed services with scaling, TLS and a CDN.
Managed PostgreSQL, MySQL and SQL Server, object storage and caching with encryption and retention.
Identity, network segmentation, secrets, patching, logging and the evidence for Cyber Essentials and DSPT.
Automated backups, tested restores and a recovery plan with agreed objectives.
Uptime, performance, error and cost alerts to named people with defined response times.
CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code and environments for development, staging and production.
Tagging, budgets, reserved capacity and a monthly review that explains every line.
| Engagement | Typical duration | Output |
|---|---|---|
| Cloud audit | 1 to 2 weeks | Security, resilience, cost and documentation findings with a plan |
| Environment build | 2 to 6 weeks | Designed, documented infrastructure as code in your account |
| Migration | 4 to 12 weeks | Systems moved with rehearsed cutover and rollback |
| Security hardening | 2 to 4 weeks | Controls implemented, evidence prepared for assessment |
| Managed cloud | Monthly | Monitoring, patching, backups, on-call, cost review |
| DevOps setup | 2 to 4 weeks | Pipelines, environments and release process |
Multi-tenant platforms that need to scale, stay up and pass customer security reviews.
Stores that must survive Black Friday and post orders to the accounts without a hiccup.
Environments meeting DSPT expectations with UK residency and audited access.
Client data held securely with the evidence a Cyber Essentials assessor or insurer asks for.
ERP, file servers and line-of-business systems moved off ageing on-premise hardware.
Accounts nobody documented, made safe, understood and affordable.
A short, fixed engagement that tells you what you have and what to do about it.
A fixed-scope project with a rehearsed cutover and rollback plan.
Ongoing operation with monitoring, patching, backups and a response commitment.
An engineer working with your developers on pipelines and environments.
Since the UK left the EU, UK GDPR has its own rules on international transfers, the ICO has its own transfer risk assessment guidance, and the adequacy arrangement with the EU is reviewed rather than permanent. Many businesses do not know which region their data sits in because a developer picked a default years ago. Customers, insurers and public sector buyers are now asking.
We run environments in AWS London, Azure UK South or Google Cloud London by default, confirm every managed service and backup stays in region, and document any transfer that a business genuinely needs, such as a support team abroad or a European customer base, with the safeguards UK GDPR requires.
London and UK South for compute, data and backups.
Every managed service confirmed in region.
Safeguards and assessments where data must move.
Residency questions from customers answered in writing.
Cyber Essentials asks for specific controls: boundary firewalls, secure configuration, access control, malware protection and patch management, and Plus adds testing. ISO 27001 asks for a managed system around them. The NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit asks for assertions and evidence. In each case, the environment has to be secure and the business has to be able to prove it.
We implement the controls as infrastructure as code, keep logging and access records the assessment can use, patch on a schedule with a record, and prepare the technical evidence, so the assessment is a review of what exists rather than a scramble to create it.
Firewalls, configuration and access defined and versioned.
Scheduled patching with evidence of what was applied when.
Access and change logs kept for the assessment.
Technical documentation for Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001 and DSPT.
Every environment we audit has backups. Fewer have restored one recently, and several could not because the backup was in the same account as the thing it protected, or the encryption key had been lost, or nobody knew the procedure. A ransomware event or a deleted database is when the business discovers which kind it has.
We design backups with copies outside the primary account, immutable where the platform supports it, run restore tests on a schedule and record the results, and write a recovery plan with the time and data-loss objectives the business has actually agreed to.
Backups outside the primary account, immutable where possible.
Scheduled restore tests with recorded results.
Recovery time and data-loss targets written down.
A procedure anyone on call can follow.
Cloud cost creeps in ways that are invisible until the invoice: oversized instances, forgotten environments, data transfer, snapshots nobody deleted, and on-demand pricing for workloads that run constantly. Finance sees a number rising and nobody can say why.
We tag every resource to a system and owner, set budgets with alerts, right-size on evidence, use reserved or committed capacity for steady workloads, shut down what is not used, and review the bill line by line each month with the client, so the cost is a decision rather than a surprise.
Every resource attributed to a system and an owner.
Spend limits that warn before they are breached.
Capacity matched to measured demand.
The bill explained line by line, with actions.
Most UK organisations already run on Microsoft 365, and their identity lives in Entra ID. Applications hosted elsewhere with separate logins, separate security policies and separate monitoring create the gaps attackers use and the admin overhead IT teams resent.
Where Microsoft is the platform, we host in Azure UK South with single sign-on from Entra, conditional access and multi-factor policies applied consistently, security monitoring in one place, and backups covering both Microsoft 365 data and the hosted applications.
Entra ID sign-on across Microsoft 365 and hosted applications.
Conditional access and MFA applied everywhere.
Monitoring across the estate.
Microsoft 365 data and applications protected.
Infynix Solutions is registered separately in India, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. This page covers United Kingdom. The same service, written for the other markets:
Yes. We handle cloud migrations cleanly without taking your current site offline.
It depends on what the business already runs. Microsoft-centred organisations usually suit Azure UK South, most custom applications suit AWS London, and some data and analytics workloads suit Google Cloud London. We recommend after an audit and can run any of them.
Yes by default. Compute, databases, storage and backups run in UK regions, every managed service is checked, and any transfer the business genuinely needs is documented with UK GDPR safeguards.
Yes. Controls are implemented as code, logs and patch records are kept, and we prepare the technical evidence for your assessor. Certification itself is through an accredited body.
Yes. For healthcare and care clients we build environments and evidence aligned to the Data Security and Protection Toolkit assertions that apply to them.
Yes. We assess what runs on them, design the target environment, migrate in rehearsals with a rollback plan, and retire the hardware once everything is proven.
Copies outside the primary account, immutable where possible, scheduled restore tests with recorded results, and a written recovery plan with agreed objectives.
Monitoring, patching, backups, security updates, on-call response with defined times, and a monthly cost and performance review with the client.
You do. Every cloud account, domain and certificate is in your name; we operate them under delegated access that can be revoked at any time.
