Customer and loyalty apps
Ordering, booking, rewards and payments for retail, hospitality, fitness and clinics.
We develop custom mobile applications for iOS and Android built for speed, offline usability, and clear navigation. Mobile apps fail when they crash, load slowly, or are difficult for users to navigate. Great mobile apps combine offline support, clean UI design, and fast backend response times.

Mobile app development for UK businesses that need an app to serve customers, members, patients or their own field teams: iOS and Android, built from our office in Dagenham and published under the client’s own App Store and Google Play accounts. The apps that succeed are the ones with a clear job, a reason to be opened again, and a backend that keeps them in step with the systems the business already runs.
For a British audience the details are specific: Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout, Open Banking where an app takes payments or reads accounts, push notifications that respect PECR, a privacy notice and data handling that satisfy UK GDPR and the app stores’ own reviewers, and accessibility that meets the Equality Act. Apps that touch health data carry more, and apps for children must be built with the ICO’s children’s code in mind.
We build customer apps for retailers, restaurants, gyms and clinics, loyalty and ordering apps, member apps for clubs and associations, field apps for engineers, carers and inspectors that work offline on a site with no signal, and driver and delivery apps that sit on top of the operational system. Where a native app is not justified, we say so and build a progressive web app instead.
Retail and hospitality groups, gyms and studios, clinics and care providers, trades and field service companies, logistics operators, schools and clubs, and startups building a product for the UK market.
Ordering, booking, rewards and payments for retail, hospitality, fitness and clinics.
Job sheets, checklists, photos, signatures and forms that work offline and sync when back in signal.
Routes, proof of delivery, live tracking and customer notifications tied to the back office.
Clubs, associations, schools and membership bodies with content, events and payments.
Apple Pay, Google Pay, cards and account-to-account payments through FCA-regulated providers.
A secure backend in a UK region, connected to CRM, ERP, accounting and third parties.
Listings, screenshots, review responses and release management under your accounts.
App-like experiences without the store when installation is not worth the friction.
| App type | Typical timeline | Backend |

Class booking, memberships, check-in and retention prompts.
Appointments, reminders, forms and secure messaging built for health data.
Engineers and inspectors capturing evidence on site without a signal.
Drivers, proof of delivery and customer tracking from one system.
A first version scoped tightly enough to ship and learn.
Discovery, prototype, build and launch as a fixed-scope project.
A dedicated team improving the app month by month.
Taking over an app another supplier built, stabilising and documenting it.
Monitoring, OS updates, store compliance and regular releases.
Apple and Google reject apps for reasons that have nothing to do with code quality: a missing privacy nutrition label, a login that cannot be deleted from inside the app, a subscription that is not clearly described, a payment that should have used in-app purchase, or a screenshot that does not match the build. In the UK, the app stores’ rules sit alongside UK GDPR and the ICO’s expectations, and both reviewers and regulators read the privacy notice.
We prepare the listings, privacy declarations, account deletion, subscription terms and test accounts as part of the build rather than at the end, and handle the review conversation under the client’s developer accounts so the app ships when it is ready.
App privacy details and notices written from the build.
Built in, as both stores require.
In-app purchase where it must be, cards or Open Banking where it may be.
Published under your developer accounts, never ours.
Engineers in plant rooms, carers in rural homes, surveyors on building sites and inspectors in basements do not have reliable data. A field app that needs a connection to open a job sheet gets abandoned in the first week and the paper comes back. The app has to hold the day’s work locally, capture photos, forms, signatures and readings offline, and sync cleanly when the signal returns without duplicating or losing anything.
We build offline-first with conflict handling, compress and queue photos, and design the screens for gloves, sunlight and a hurry. The office sees jobs update as devices come back online and the reports build themselves.
Jobs, forms and photos held locally and synced later.
Nothing lost or duplicated when two people touch one job.
Large targets, high contrast, minimal typing.
Photos, signatures, timestamps and locations for the record.
Apple Pay and Google Pay are the default in the UK for anything under a hundred pounds, cards remain essential, and account-to-account payment through Open Banking is now common for larger amounts and for anything that needs to avoid card fees. Where an app reads bank data or initiates payments, the provider must be FCA-regulated and the consent flow has to be exact.
We integrate Stripe, Adyen or the client’s existing acquirer for cards and wallets, and FCA-regulated Open Banking providers where account-to-account payments make sense, with receipts and refunds handled inside the app and every transaction posted to the accounts.
Apple Pay and Google Pay where customers expect them.
Account-to-account payments through regulated providers.
Customers and staff resolve issues without a phone call.
Every transaction reconciled in the accounting package.
Apple and Google ship operating system changes every year, devices change, libraries deprecate, and an app that is not maintained starts failing review or crashing within eighteen months. The apps that keep users are the ones that keep improving on the evidence of how people actually use them.
Every app we ship comes with analytics and crash reporting, a release calendar aligned to the OS cycle, and a support arrangement that covers updates, store compliance and improvements, so the app the business paid for is still working and still relevant two years on.
Know what is used and what is failing.
Updated ahead of each iOS and Android version.
Policy changes handled before they become rejections.
Features prioritised on evidence, released regularly.

Cross-platform frameworks like React Native deliver native speeds at lower development cost for most projects.
Both. Most business apps are built cross-platform so iOS and Android ship together from one codebase; native is used where the app depends on hardware, performance or platform features that justify it. We recommend from the brief.
Yes. Apple Developer and Google Play accounts are in your name, we publish under them, and every listing, certificate and key is yours.
Yes. Field, care and inspection apps are built offline-first, holding the day’s work locally and syncing safely when the device is back in signal.
Yes. Cards and wallets through Stripe, Adyen or your existing acquirer, and account-to-account payments through FCA-regulated Open Banking providers, with every transaction posted to your accounts.
Data is held in UK regions, the privacy notice and app store privacy declarations are written from what the app does, account deletion is built in, and health or children’s data carries the additional controls the ICO expects.
A support arrangement covering monitoring, crash fixes, OS updates, store policy changes and a regular release of improvements, so the app stays working and relevant.
Eight to eighteen weeks depending on type, after a short discovery that fixes the scope of the first release. A progressive web app can be quicker.
Yes. We audit the code and the store accounts, stabilise anything failing, document it and agree a plan for continued development.
Yes. A secure backend connects the app to CRM, ERP, accounting, booking and job systems, so the app is a window onto the business rather than a separate data store.
Yes, with the additional controls the sector expects: UK hosting, encryption, access logging, a DPIA and alignment with NHS and care standards where the app is used in those settings.
