Custom web applications
Operational systems, portals and dashboards built on React, Next.js and Node.js with role-based access, document workflows and the integrations your business runs on.
Custom applications, business systems and integrations engineered for Manchester companies, with UK data protection, Making Tax Digital and the integrations a northern business runs on designed in from the first sprint.

Manchester businesses tend to have outgrown something. The e-commerce brand has outgrown its order management, the distributor in Trafford Park has outgrown its warehouse spreadsheet, the professional services firm has outgrown its practice management tool, and the scale-up has outgrown the MVP its first developer built. The next system has to fit the business as it is now and survive the next stage.
Infynix Solutions builds and integrates those systems: web applications, mobile apps, ERP and CRM platforms, integrations and AI-assisted features, delivered by a UK company with engineering capacity from our teams in the UAE and India. Manchester client work happens on site for discovery, migration and go-live, and remotely for the sprints between.
The compliance context is designed in from the first sprint: UK GDPR and data subject rights, Making Tax Digital for VAT and income tax, HMRC-compatible records, WCAG accessibility, and integration with Xero, Sage, QuickBooks and the tools the business already runs.

Manchester built a large part of the UK's online retail economy, and the brands that followed the giants share their problem at a smaller scale: the storefront is fine, the operations behind it are not. Orders live in the platform, stock in a spreadsheet, returns in an inbox and the accounts in a monthly reconciliation that takes a week. Growth makes it worse.
We build the operations layer: order management that talks to the warehouse and the 3PL, inventory shared across the store, marketplaces and the shop floor, returns handled to the rules with refunds reconciled, and accounting fed automatically. The storefront stays. The chaos behind it goes.
One view of orders across store, marketplaces and wholesale.
Stock shared across channels, warehouses and 3PLs.
Handled to the Consumer Rights Act with margin reporting.
Orders, refunds and fees posted to Xero or Sage automatically.
Many Manchester scale-ups run on an MVP built fast by a first developer or a small agency, and it has reached the point where every new feature takes longer than the last and nobody wants to touch the payment code. The choice is not rewrite or die. It is a staged rebuild: assess what exists, stabilise what is fragile, extract the parts that are worth keeping behind clean APIs, and replace the rest module by module while the product keeps running.
We do that assessment honestly, and we document the architecture so the in-house team the company will eventually hire can inherit it.
What to keep, stabilise, extract and replace, in writing.
Modules replaced one at a time while the product runs.
The parts worth keeping wrapped so they can be replaced later.
Architecture written for the hires you have not made yet.
UK GDPR is a set of behaviours a system must perform: capture consent for a purpose, answer a subject access request within a month, erase on request, retain only as long as needed, report a breach within 72 hours. Making Tax Digital requires digital records with preserved digital links and filing through compatible software, for VAT now and for income tax from April 2026. Retrofitting either into a live system is slow and risky.
We design for both from discovery, host in UK regions, integrate with the accounting package the finance team uses, and document the data map so a compliance review or a client due diligence finds the reasoning.
Access, correction, erasure and portability handled from the system.
Transactions held in the form Making Tax Digital requires.
Xero, Sage, QuickBooks or FreeAgent fed for filing.
AWS London, Azure UK South or Google Cloud London with backups in region.
Support is where most software relationships fail: a ticket that sits, a supplier who has moved on, a system nobody else understands. Our managed support runs on a service level agreement with named response and resolution times, monitoring that pages a person, tested backups, a monthly allowance for improvements and documentation good enough that another team could take over.
We take over systems built by other suppliers after an assessment, and we are honest about what we find.
Response and resolution times in writing.
An allowance for the small changes that keep a system fit.
Good enough for another team to run it.
Inherited systems assessed before we commit.
Infynix Solutions works from Dagenham and delivers software for businesses across the UK. We do not have a Manchester office. Discovery workshops, migration rehearsals and go-live happen at your premises, and the sprints between run remotely with a working demo every two weeks. Engineering capacity comes from our teams in the UK, the UAE and Kochi, which is how a Manchester business gets senior engineers at rates that make sense.
The discovery call is free and technical. Bring the current systems and the spreadsheets, and we will tell you what to replace first and what to leave alone.

Scope drives the number, so the honest answer comes after a short discovery rather than before it. What we commit to in advance is that the quote is fixed for the agreed scope, that there are no surprise extras, and that we tell you when a cheaper route would serve you better.

Yes. We assess what exists, stabilise what is fragile, wrap the parts worth keeping in clean APIs and replace the rest module by module while the product keeps running, with the architecture documented for your future team.
Yes. Order management, inventory across channels and 3PLs, returns handling and accounting integration behind Shopify, WooCommerce and marketplace storefronts are among our most common Manchester builds.
Yes. Consent, retention and data subject rights are designed into the product, digital records are held in the form Making Tax Digital requires, and the accounting package is integrated for filing.
Yes. Odoo with UK localisation is our default recommendation for standard business modules, and we build bespoke modules where it does not fit.
You do. Source, infrastructure, documentation and credentials are handed over in your name.
Scope drives the number, so the honest answer comes after a short discovery rather than before it. What we commit to in advance is that the quote is fixed for the agreed scope, that there are no surprise extras, and that we tell you when a cheaper route would serve you better.
Discovery can usually begin within two weeks of agreement, and the first working release is typically live within eight to twelve weeks of discovery ending.
Yes, after an assessment of the code, infrastructure and documentation. We say honestly what we find and take it on under a support agreement if it is workable.
Yes. Customer, field and workforce apps in React Native and Flutter, with the backend, admin panel and store compliance included, are part of the same engineering practice.
Tell us what you are trying to grow and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.
