CRM
Leads, accounts, pipeline, quotes, activity and forecasting with UK phone and email capture, built around how the sales team sells.
We build custom CRM and business management software designed around how your company actually operates. Generic CRM software is expensive, rigid, and hard for staff to use. Software should fit your daily work, giving your team simple tools that speed up tasks.

Custom CRM and ERP development for UK businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets, an accounting package and a handful of disconnected apps, and cannot make a generic system fit how they actually work. We design and build sales, operations, stock, jobs, projects and finance workflows in one system, integrated with Xero, Sage or QuickBooks, HMRC and the tools the team already uses, from our office in Dagenham for clients across the country.
The British version of the problem has its own shape. VAT has to be right for Making Tax Digital, construction businesses have CIS deductions on every subcontractor payment, payroll reports to HMRC in real time, distributors trade with retailers over EDI, and the accountant expects the ledger to reconcile without a manual journal. An ERP that ignores any of those creates work in the finance team that the operations gains do not cover.
So the accounting package stays the ledger, the operational system holds the detail, and the two are connected by a tested integration rather than a monthly export. Quotes become orders become works orders, purchase orders and despatches, and every step posts to the accounts correctly. CRM sits on the same data so sales sees stock and delivery dates, and management sees margin by job, product and customer without a spreadsheet.
Manufacturers and distributors, construction and trades businesses, professional services firms, wholesalers supplying UK retailers, property and facilities companies, logistics operators and any business whose current system is a set of spreadsheets that one person understands.

Three HMRC obligations decide whether a UK ERP is helping or hurting. VAT has to be calculated correctly on every line and submitted under Making Tax Digital from digital records. Construction businesses must apply CIS deductions to subcontractor payments and report them monthly. Payroll must be reported in real time on or before each payday. When the operational system gets any of these wrong, the finance team corrects them by hand and the business is exposed if HMRC asks.
We build the tax logic into the workflows: VAT codes on products, customers and lines, CIS status on subcontractors with deductions calculated at payment, and payroll data flowing to whichever RTI-compliant payroll the business uses. Submissions go through the accounting package or compatible software, from data that was right when it was entered.
Digital records, VAT posted correctly, submitted through compatible software.
Subcontractor status, deductions and monthly returns from the job data.
Timesheets and rates feeding an RTI-compliant payroll.
Every figure traceable to the transaction that produced it.
Suppliers to the supermarkets, DIY chains and department stores are expected to receive orders, send despatch advices and invoice electronically, in the retailer’s format, with the right barcodes and delivery windows. Doing that from a spreadsheet and a portal login for each retailer is slow and error-prone, and chargebacks for late or wrong deliveries come straight off the margin.
We integrate EDI into the order and despatch flow so retailer orders arrive as orders, picking and labelling follow the retailer’s requirements, advices and invoices go back automatically, and the accounts reflect what was actually shipped and accepted.
Retailer EDI orders land in the system as orders.
Labels, barcodes and windows handled in picking and despatch.
ASNs and invoices generated from the despatch.
Disputes matched to the delivery record.
Construction, engineering and installation businesses quote on estimates and find out months later whether the job made money. Labour from timesheets, materials from purchase orders, subcontractor invoices, plant hire and travel all need to land on the job as they happen, so the manager can see the margin moving while there is still time to act.
We build job costing that captures each cost at source, from mobile timesheets, supplier invoices and stock issues, compares it to the estimate line by line, and reports margin by job, phase and customer. Applications for payment and retentions are handled where the sector needs them.
Timesheets, purchases, subcontractors and plant land on the job as they occur.
Line-by-line comparison while the job is live.
Construction billing handled properly.
Reported by job, phase, customer and manager.
The riskiest fortnight in any ERP project is the cutover. Customers, products, prices, stock and open orders have to come across clean, the team has to know the new system, and the old one has to stay available for reference. Businesses that go live on a Monday with untested data spend a month recovering.
We clean and migrate data in rehearsals, train each role on their own workflows, run the pilot team on real transactions before cutover, plan the go-live for the quietest point in the calendar, and stay on hypercare for the weeks after so issues are fixed the same day.
Data loaded and checked more than once before go-live.
Each team trained on its own screens and tasks.
Real transactions run by real users first.
Same-day fixes in the weeks after launch.

Yes. We safely import your existing customer and lead data into the new custom platform.
It depends on how unusual the processes are. Where a platform such as Odoo, HubSpot or Dynamics fits, we implement and extend it; where the business runs on workflows no package supports, a custom system is cheaper over five years. We tell you which after discovery.
Yes. The accounting package stays the ledger. Invoices, bills, payments and credits post through the API with the right VAT codes, and reconciliation runs against bank feeds and payment providers.
Yes. Subcontractor verification status, deductions calculated at payment, statements and the data for monthly CIS returns are built into the job and purchase workflows.
Yes. Orders, despatch advices and invoices exchanged with UK retailers in their formats, with labelling and delivery windows handled in picking and despatch.
Ten to twenty weeks for most businesses, in stages: discovery, core build, integrations, migration, training and go-live, with the pilot team using the system well before cutover.
Customers, products, prices, stock and open transactions are cleaned, migrated in rehearsals and checked before go-live, with the old system kept available for reference.
Yes. Timesheets, job sheets, photos, stock movements and approvals work from mobile, offline where needed, and sync to the main system.
Hypercare for the first weeks, then managed support with monitoring, releases from an agreed backlog and a quarterly review of what the business needs next.
Yes. Forms, tracked calls, portal enquiries and inboxes are captured with their source, deduplicated and routed to the right person, with response time measured.
Yes. Sales and purchases in multiple currencies with exchange rates, and posting to the accounting package in the way it expects for UK reporting.
