Odoo implementation
Sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, HR, projects and manufacturing configured for the UK and for the business.
ERP for London and South East businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and an accounting package: sales, stock, jobs, purchasing and finance in one system, integrated with Xero, Sage or QuickBooks and built for Making Tax Digital.

A London business usually knows it needs an ERP when month end takes a week, the stock count disagrees with the system, a customer is quoted from last year's price list, and the owner cannot get a margin by product or job without three spreadsheets and an argument. The accounting package has done its job; what is missing is the operational system around it.
Infynix Solutions implements and builds ERP systems for London and South East businesses from our office in Dagenham. Where Odoo fits, and it fits many distributors, manufacturers, construction firms and services companies, we implement and customise it with UK localisation done properly. Where the business runs on processes no package supports, we build the missing modules or build custom, and we tell you which after discovery.
Either way the UK requirements are designed in: the accounting package stays the ledger for Making Tax Digital, VAT posts correctly with digital links preserved, CIS deductions are handled for construction, payroll data flows to an RTI-compliant system, retailer EDI works for suppliers to the supermarkets and chains, and Royal Mail, DPD, Evri and the marketplaces are connected for anyone shipping product.
Distributors and wholesalers, manufacturers, construction and trades businesses, professional services firms, e-commerce and D2C brands, facilities and property companies, and any business whose current system is a set of spreadsheets one person understands.

Most London businesses run their finances in Xero, Sage or QuickBooks, and most operational systems we replace were keeping a private copy of customers, invoices and payments alongside. The two drift within a quarter, month end becomes a reconciliation exercise, and since Making Tax Digital made the accounting package the system of record for VAT, the drift is a compliance risk as well as a nuisance.
Everything we implement treats the accounting package as the ledger. Invoices, credit notes, payments and bills post through its API with the right tax codes and tracking, Stripe, GoCardless and bank feeds reconcile against it, and the ERP holds the operational detail the ledger does not need. The finance team sees one set of numbers.
Xero, Sage or QuickBooks remains the system of record.
Tax codes, nominals and tracking mapped, not guessed.
Stripe, GoCardless and bank feeds matched automatically.
Digital links preserved, submitted through compatible software.
London's contractors, fit-out firms, MEP specialists and trades businesses quote on estimates and find out months later whether the job made money. CIS deductions must be applied to every subcontractor payment and reported monthly, applications for payment and retentions must be tracked, and labour, materials, subcontractors and plant need to land on the job as they happen.
We build job costing that captures each cost at source, from mobile timesheets, supplier invoices and stock issues, handles CIS status and deductions at payment, manages applications and retentions, and reports margin by job, phase and customer while there is still time to act.
Verification status, deductions and monthly return data.
Construction billing handled properly.
Timesheets, purchases, subcontractors and plant on the job.
Estimate versus actual, live.
Distributors supplying UK retailers are expected to receive orders and send advices and invoices over EDI in each retailer's format, with the right barcodes and delivery windows; chargebacks for mistakes come off the margin. E-commerce brands need every order to reach the warehouse, the carrier and the accounts without a person in between.
We integrate retailer EDI into the order and despatch flow, connect Royal Mail, DPD, Evri and DHL for labels and tracking, sync Amazon and eBay stock and orders, and post everything to the accounts with the correct VAT treatment.
Orders in, advices and invoices out, per retailer specification.
Printed from the order, tracking back to the customer.
Amazon and eBay stock and orders in one place.
Every order posted with the right VAT.
The riskiest fortnight of an ERP project is the cutover. Customers, products, prices, stock and open orders must come across clean, the team must know the new system, and the old one must stay available. Businesses that go live on untested data spend a month recovering.
We migrate in rehearsals, train each role on their own workflows, run the pilot team on real transactions before cutover, plan go-live for the quietest point in the calendar, and stay on hypercare for the weeks after so issues are fixed the same day.
Data loaded and checked more than once.
Each team on its own screens and tasks.
Real transactions by real users first.
Same-day fixes in the weeks after launch.
Infynix Solutions' UK company is at 39 Becontree Avenue, Dagenham, and implements ERP for businesses across Greater London and the South East, from the City and Canary Wharf to Park Royal, Enfield, Dartford and the Thames estuary. Discovery, training and go-live are on site.
The discovery call is free. Bring the stock count that disagrees with the system and last quarter's month-end timeline.

It depends on how unusual the processes are. Where Odoo or another platform fits, we implement and extend it; where the business runs on workflows no package supports, custom is cheaper over five years. Discovery tells you which, and the specification is yours either way.
We do not quote from a rate card. Discovery establishes the modules, users, integrations and data involved, and the proposal is a fixed price for that scope with support quoted separately. A modular rollout can spread the investment.
